Shipping Policy
All of our products ship next business day from our distribution center in Toronto, ON. Under normal circumstances our products will arrive to your home in 3-5 business days although we try our best to get them there faster as we want you sleeping better pronto! For a more accurate delivery date estimate based on your Postal Code please see our delivery date forecast tool above the Add to Cart button. Once your product is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation notification along with your CanPar Tracking # by email from customercare-Canada@dormeo-na.com so please make sure to add that address to your safe list. If you order more than one item they will ship separately and you will receive a tracking# for each item. Thank you and sleep well!
If you need to report a lost package, a claim must be made within 30 days of the carrier stated delivery date.
If for some reason you need to change your shipping information after completing your purchase, please reach out to our customer care team. There will be a $20 fee associated with any shipping changes after purchase is completed.
Shipping Protection is offered at checkout for an additional fee of $9.95 which covers all products in that particular transaction. If Shipping Protection is added to the order Dormeo will fully replace any products that are damaged or lost while in transit.
