Four important steps for you to get the most from your new mattress topper.
1. Your Premium Topper has been on a journey and just like you… it will need time to relax and unwind. Unroll your mattress topper, give it 6-24 hours to fully expand before your first night’s sleep.
2. Like a new pair of shoes, your Premium Topper needs to break in. Many customers find that putting the mattress topper on the floor first and walking on it helps open up the Octasrping® technology and speed up the process to reach peak, breathable comfort.
3. Experience our topper for a minimum of 30 nights. It takes time for our mattress topper to adapt to your body and your body to adopt to our topper. It is not uncommon to feel different when sleeping on a new surface. This is why we provide our 100 Night Trial and in return, request that you sleep on the topper for a minimum of 30 nights - you won’t be disappointed!
4. Care for your Dormeo® and it will care for you. We highly recommend using a stretchy, breathable waterproof mattress protector as well as a fitted sheet over the mattress topper and mattress to help it stay in place.
